Available Shifts : Flexible upto 35 hours/week. Must be available for atleast 2 hours any 3 weekdays (Monday - Thursday) from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM and 2 hours on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM
Training : Curriculum training provided

- Provide high-quality but fun coding instruction to students and help them develop their skills.
- Create a positive, safe and fun environment for our ninjas
- Provide feedback to parents after working with student who is on a tour.
- Manage student progress and provide weekly feedback to parents, including posting updates in our social media pages.
- Work with the executive team on lesson plans to ensure that the curriculum is engaging, effective, and up to date.
- Mentor and train other instructors (sensei)
- Report daily to Center Director/owner with respect to day’s activities and productivity in dojo
- Developing and delivering interactive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and ignite a love of learning and boost curiosity and growth mindset and confidence.
- Creating a stimulating classroom environment that fosters exploration, collaboration, and a sense of wonder.
- Utilizing creative teaching methods like storytelling to teach hands-on STEM activities and coding for juniors. No coding experience is required.
- Building strong relationships with kids and their parents, fostering their social and emotional development, and celebrating their individual strengths and wins.
- Communicating effectively with parents providing regular updates on student progress.
- Staying current on best practices in early childhood education and collaborating with colleagues for continuous improvement
- Working history with children ages 5 -7 (mentoring, coaching, tutoring etc.)
- Experience working with the general public
- Experience in teaching, mentoring or child care
- Works well with others; collaborates
- Tech savvy – ability to self-learn and figure out . STEM/Coding experience (Plus).
- Must be fun to work with and like working in fast-paced environments where requirements can change frequently
- Ability to reliably commute/relocate to Minnetonka or surrounding areas before starting work (Required)
